JOIN HOUSING MARYLAND PAC OF MNCBIA
It takes money to keep the Political Action Committee of the MNCBIA working effectively on behalf of the development, building and housing community. A small contribution from every member of the community would make a BIG difference. Join the Housing Maryland PAC today and be part of the effort to providing housing choices for all while protecting jobs in the development, building and housing industries.
There are many options for giving your support. You can join one of the three charter clubs of the PAC :
Community Club at $500 per year
Housing Club at $250 per year
Foundation Club at $100 per year
Of you can make a donation at an amount you wish to give. Your choice. Your decision. But remember ….. the PAC is working on behalf of every member of the development, building and housing community while seeking to assure that the basic right of “housing choices for all” becomes a normal way of doing business in Maryland
Your contribution will help the PAC support and elect candidates and/or incumbents at the local county council or commission level as well as candidates and/or incumbents in the Maryland Legislature and state-wide office. Your support will also help the PAC to support or oppose ballot initiatives that help or harm your business.
Individuals or corporations are permitted by law to contribute up to $4,000 per election cycle to any one campaign finance entity including PACs. Individuals or corporations are also permitted to contribute a total of $10,000 per election cycle to all campaign finance entities including PACs. The current cycle is January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2010.
