KEY ISSUES
KEY ISSUES for the housing, building and development industry in the suburban Maryland region are analyzed and monitored at both the Maryland state and local County levels. Key Issues are defined as legislative or regulatory initiatives that have a positive or detrimental impact on opportunities to develop land and/or pursue residential and/or light commercial construction that achieves the goal of providing a broad range of housing choices for all income levels.
