PAC CHAPTERS

Housing Maryland PAC of MNCBIA has three Chapters, each organized to direct focus and effort on political initiatives within that jurisdiction.

Montgomery County Chapter  

The Montgomery County Chapter oversees political activity and issues in the County and the incorporated cities of Gaithersburg and Rockville.   The Chapter monitors the actions and votes of county and city council members and of delegates and senators representing the county in the Maryland State Legislature.    The Chapter may interview candidates and/or incumbents seeking election/re-election and may extend endorsement and/or financial support to candidates or incumbents who have demonstrated a commitment to and understanding of the value and importance of maintaining a society and environment that provides housing opportunities and choices for all.    The following members of the MNCBIA serve on the Montgomery County Chapter Committee :  Nanci J Porten, Chair; David Weiss; David Flanagan; Rick Sullivan Jr; Chas Stuart Jr; Dick Pettit; Ralph DeSena; Roger D Winston; James A Soltesz

Prince George's County Chapter

The Prince George's County Chapter oversees political activity and issues in the County and the incorporated cities of Laurel and Bowie.   The Chapter monitors the actions and votes of county and city council members and of delegates and senators representing the county in the Maryland State Legislature.    The Chapter may interview candidates and/or incumbents seeking election/re-election and may extend endorsement and/or financial support to candidates or incumbents who have demonstrated a commitment to and understanding of the value and importance of maintaining a society and environment that provides housing opportunities and choices for all.    The following members of the MNCBIA serve on the Prince George's County Chapter Committee : Dave Lunden, Chair; Pete Mellits; Bill Chesley; Stephanie Williams; Al Arnold; Jude Burke.  Ex Officio: Charlie Dukes;  Marty Mitchell

Southern Maryland Chapter

The Southern Maryland Chapter oversees political activity and issues in Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties.   The Chapter monitors the actions and votes of county commission members and of delegates and senators representing the three counties in the Maryland State Legislature.    The Chapter may interview candidates and/or incumbents seeking election/re-election and may extend endorsement and/or financial support to candidates or incumbents who have demonstrated a commitment to and understanding of the value and importance of maintaining a society and environment that provides housing opportunities and choices for all.    The following members of the MNCBIA serve on the Southern Maryland Chapter Committee :  Dave Cooksey, Chair;  Doug Meeker;  Gary Kret;  Chuck Ellison; Guy Curley; Jim Kettler
