 HousingMaryland PAC is a voluntary non-affiliated political action committee organized and registered with the State of Maryland , pursuant to applicable state laws and regulations.   HousingMaryland PAC of the Maryland-National Capital Building Industry Association has been actively involved in local and state politics since 1980. 

HousingMaryland PAC’s mission is to identify, educate and support candidates for elected office who maintain integrity, have some understanding of and are supportive of the building industry and are committed to the American Dream of homeownership and free enterprise.
 
HousingMaryland PAC also raises money to financially support local and state candidates whose goals are to help suburban Maryland residents achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
 
HousingMaryland PAC is governed by 5 trustees who represent the five Maryland counties within the MNCBIA jurisdiction. Reporting to this group are three Chapter committees representing Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and the Southern Maryland (Charles/Calvert/St. Mary’s) Counties. These committees meet regularly to discuss Maryland’s political scene and which county council and commission members, state legislature members and state-wide elected officials have demonstrated a commitment to increasing the local housing supply and making homes more affordable to working Maryland families.
